EXPO is the only West Virginia trade show for the Construction, Engineering, and Architectural industries.
How many people attend?
EXPO 2008 had nearly 6,000 attendees from various states.
What is the admission charge?
EXPO charges no admission fee to qualified attendees.
What is the price of a booth?
EXPO 2008 Booths were available in 10'x10' increments at the following rates.
We do not anticipate a significant increase for 2009.
$650 per booth for 1 to 5 booths
$550 per booth for 6 or more booths.

A $50 per booth early payment discount may be deducted if
the contract is received and paid in full by January 15, 2009.

What is included in the booth rental fee?
In addition to advertising and promotion, the following items are provided at no additional cost:
- Back drapes and side curtains as required
- Unlimited number of 110 and 220 volt electrical outlets
- Brochures for distribution to customers
- Assistance in set-up and take-down of exhibit (fork lift)
- Tables and chairs
- Table skirts and table cloths
- Daily maintenance of booth (rental carpets only)
- Exhibitor Service Center offering full-time, friendly staff,
refreshments and telephones
- Listing in "Professional Directory" section of the Show Program
- Listing on this website and linked to your website
- Parking pass (one per booth)

Does EXPO offer seminars and meetings?
EXPO has become a meeting ground for numerous trade associations and professional societies. A large number of seminars will be available, many offering continuing education credit.
