EXPO AFTER HOURS RECEPTION
Wednesday, March19, 2008 ~ EXPO is "serving" up another opportunity for your business to be recognized as a sponsor of our After Hours Reception.
The popular After Hours Reception the first evening of the show -- March 19, 2008 -- offers an exciting variety of food and beverages for our guests. EXPO recognizes the sponsors of After Hours in the following ways:
- We mail over 2,000 reception invitations bearing the logos and company
names of the sponsors to select business & community leaders.
- Each sponsor's logo and company name are included in a full-page ad in the
Show Program.
- The logos and names of the sponsors are displayed on banners at the show
and sponsors are provided special name tag ribbons.
- The sponsors' logos and names are printed on napkins and table tents used
during After Hours.
- Periodic announcements are made during the show and Reception on
March 19 recognizing the sponsors.
- Sponsors are recognized in articles and promotional materials subsequent to
the show.
